Alzheimer's Care, Blacksburg

Heritage Hall specializes in the care of Alzheimer's disease or dementia.  The carefully designed, secure environment includes its own activities area and a protected outdoor garden area.  Staff is trained to care for individuals with sundowning, aphasia, etc.

The care team, along with the assistance and support of the family, develops an individualized care plan tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident.

We also offer varied resident care programs. American HealthCare provides intermediate care in a traditional nursing home setting, or respite care to take care of a loved one on a short-term basis.
